Each architectural relief is conceived as a site-specific artwork, created exclusively for the space it is intended to inhabit. Rather than adapting existing pieces, every commission is developed from the ground up, taking into account the architecture, proportions, natural light and atmosphere of the environment.
Working closely with private clients, architects and interior designers, I create handcrafted terracotta reliefs that become an integral part of the architectural project. Whether for a private residence, hospitality space or public interior, every artwork is designed to establish a harmonious relationship with its surroundings.
Each relief is individually modelled by hand and can be created as a single sculptural panel or as a modular composition assembled from multiple elements. This allows complete flexibility in scale, making it possible to develop both intimate installations and large architectural features.
Surface finishes are developed using engobes, mineral oxides and carefully controlled firing techniques, preserving the tactile richness of the clay while ensuring durability and long-term stability. Every piece is professionally fired in Italy and individually finished by hand.
No two commissions are ever the same. Every project is developed through dialogue, allowing the artwork to respond to the character of the space while reflecting the client's vision and the identity of the architecture.
Handcrafted ceramic sculptures created exclusively on commission. Each piece is conceived for its collector and the space it will inhabit, resulting in a one-of-a-kind work that balances sculptural form, material presence and symbolic meaning.
Every sculpture begins with a conversation. Rather than selecting a work from a catalogue, clients commission a piece that is developed specifically for them, responding to the character of a space, a personal vision or an architectural project.
My sculptures are entirely hand-built in terracotta using traditional ceramic techniques combined with a contemporary sculptural language. Horses, birds and organic forms frequently appear throughout my work—not as decorative motifs, but as symbolic presences that explore memory, transformation and the relationship between humanity and nature.
Each commission evolves through sketches, scale studies and material exploration before the final modelling begins. Dimensions, proportions and surface treatments are carefully developed to establish harmony with the surrounding architecture and natural light.
Surface finishes are created using mineral oxides, engobes and controlled firing processes that reveal the depth and tactile richness of the clay. Every sculpture is professionally fired in Italy and individually finished, ensuring both material integrity and lasting durability.
Whether conceived for a private collector, a residence, a hospitality project or a public interior, every sculpture is unique. No moulds are used and no work is ever reproduced, making each commission an original work of contemporary ceramic art.
Collaborative ceramic projects developed from concept to installation, creating site-specific works that respond to architecture, material and space.
Every collaboration begins with dialogue. I work closely with architects, interior designers, art consultants and private clients to create ceramic works that become an integral part of a space rather than an addition to it.
Each project is developed specifically for its architectural context, taking into account proportions, light, materials and the character of the surrounding environment. From sculptural installations and architectural terracotta reliefs to custom ceramic elements, every commission is conceived as a unique response to a particular place.
The creative process includes concept development, sketches, material studies, scale refinement and handcrafted production. Throughout the project, I collaborate closely with clients to ensure that artistic vision and architectural requirements evolve together.
Every element is individually hand-built in terracotta and finished using mineral oxides, engobes and carefully controlled firing techniques. All works are professionally fired in Italy to ensure durability, precision and exceptional material quality.
Whether the project is for a private residence, boutique hotel, restaurant, cultural institution or commercial interior, my goal is to create ceramic works that establish a lasting dialogue between architecture, craftsmanship and contemporary art.
An intimate hands on experience where participants discover the art of hand building with terracotta while exploring creativity, material and form in a professional artist's studio.
The Terracotta Experience is an invitation to slow down and engage with clay through touch, observation and making. Held in my studio in northern Italy, each workshop offers a small-group experience where participants discover the expressive possibilities of terracotta in a relaxed and inspiring environment.
Rather than focusing solely on technique, the workshop encourages an intuitive approach to modelling. Participants learn how to shape clay by hand, understand its material qualities and develop their own sculptural forms while working with traditional ceramic methods.
Every session is designed for beginners as well as creative enthusiasts, with individual guidance throughout the process. No previous experience is required—only curiosity and the desire to create with your hands.
Depending on the workshop, participants may create small sculptures, symbolic objects or architectural reliefs inspired by nature, memory and organic forms. Finished pieces are professionally fired in Italy and can be collected or shipped once completed.
The experience is ideal for individuals, couples, friends, small private groups and creative team events looking for a meaningful and memorable encounter with contemporary ceramic art.
